Works perfect. Got the extra body mass one cause I’m 260 and heavy user but I stopped leading up to the deadline a few days and drank 2 hours before my deadline. I was clean after a hour or so i took a self examination. Just use the restroom 3 to 4 times before you go and drink a good amount of water to flush your system but no need to go overboard.
